"I was using NWPT for some specialized followup therapy for a 3 year old knee replacement. Brittany was my therapist and she was very pleasant, professional and thorough in the sessions. I did improve my strength and also flexibility and now have a program to continue to improve my knee recovery. Everyone at the Delphos office made the experience very worthwhile. "

"I just finished 5 weeks of therapy at.NorthwestPhysical in Ottawa. The reception area was always very friendly upon arriving. The therapist I had was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative about my treatment. She offered many tips throughout my therapy. Will visit this center in the future again. "

"I came in after an appointment at OIO. They recommended therapy. The PT I saw for initial evaluation had a good plan of care. After 8 visits all my concerns were taken care of and increased my ability to work around my house and inlaws house. THANK YOU!"

"This place of business goes above and beyond for you and your needs. The staff is the best I have ever encountered. The physical therapy and the friendliness of the staff is the best and blows others out of the water! I was a patient before and the care I received from the staff was top notch and I recommended to everyone! This time I told my doctor I wanted to go to NWPT for my care! "

"I did therapy at Northwest Physical in Ottawa for lymphedema & Anita, was my therapist. She was the best! She really knows lymphedema techniques & since I was a stubborn case, she had to try other ways also. She never gave up & always encouraged me to keep on trying. I just hope I can continue my therapy & keep getting better. She was always cheerful & we had fun while she was teaching. Thank you Anita!"

"I did therapy at Northwest in Ottawa & my therapist, Anita, was the best! She knows her lymphedema techniques & gets results. I just hope I can keep the results when I have to do therapy at home. I was a very tough case but she kept working on me until she got results. Thank you so much! "

"I was having a problem getting my knee to bend and was so upset that I was no better with the other place that I was going to and decided that I would give Northwest a try. I am so glad that I am able to bend my knee. I am so very happy with them that I would advise everyone to give them a chance. It is the best move that I could have made for myself. The therapist are super terrific. They are very respectful and listen to what you are telling them. "

"I got a new knee, which the old one was very, very bad. Now I can use it so well that I'm getting the other one done in March. Without the help from all the staff I'm sure I would not be ready for the second new knee. They made the follow up therapy a lot easier than I thought it would be."
